2026-09-01T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of Community Services in Sustainability https://jurnal.stmi.ac.id/index.php/jocss/article/view/561 Peningkatan Daya Saing Pengrajin Kulit Skala Kecil melalui Pelatihan Finishing Pull-up, Pemasaran Digital, dan Literasi Keuangan: Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Sentra Setyo Rukun, Manding 2026-07-14T15:03:13+07:00 Naimah Putri naimah@atk.ac.id Sofwan Siddiq Abdullah naimputri300@gmail.com Fadzkurisma Robbika naimputri300@gmail.com Dwi Wulandari naimputri300@gmail.com Heru Budi Susanto naimputri300@gmail.com Nurwantoro naimputri300@gmail.com Muhammad Asfan naimputri300@gmail.com Dina Mariana Uli Lubis naimputri300@gmail.com Atiqa Rahmawati tiqa054@gmail.com
Pull-up leather is a type of leather treated with oils and/ or wax to produce a lighter color effect when stretched, bent, or pressed. However, leather craftsmen at the Manding Leather Center have limited knowledge and skills in applying the pull-up finishing technique. Therefore, a community service program was conducted to improve craftsmen’s understanding of pull-up finishing, digital marketing, and basic financial bookkeeping. The program was attended by 10 participants from the Manding Leather Craft Center. The program applied a participatory counseling method involving craftsmen directly through theoretical sessions and practical training on pull-up finishing, followed by product evaluation. The results showed that participants gained knowledge and practical skills in applying the pull-up finishing technique to leather products. This training is expected to improve product quality, increase consumer interest, and enhance product competitiveness. In addition, participants gained a better understanding of digital-based product marketing and proper financial record management to support the development of small and medium leather industries.
2026-09-01T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of Community Services in Sustainability
