<p><strong>Journal of Community Services in Sustainability (JOCSS)</strong> is a medium for disseminating the results of community service implementation which are presented based on the principles of writing scientific articles. The scope of scientific fields in this journal consists of various fields of knowledge or multidisciplinary sciences which aim to improve empowerment and service, the application of Industry 4.0 and the application of appropriate technology in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Industry (MSMEs). <p>Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing UMKM bengkel motor melalui penerapan budaya kerja 5S dan optimalisasi media promosi digital. Pendampingan diberikan kepada pemilik dan karyawan bengkel mengenai prinsip dan praktik 5S untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih teratur, bersih, dan aman. Selain itu, pengenalan dan pendampingan media promosi digital diselenggarakan untuk memperkenalkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif menggunakan platform sosial media. Hasil kegiatan yaitu menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam area tempat kerja dan penurunan waktu pengerjaan. Selain itu, penggunaan media promosi digital diharapkan berhasil meningkatkan visibilitas dan menarik lebih banyak pelanggan. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi UMKM lain dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing di era digital. kegiatan evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala untuk memastikan keberlanjutan penerapan 5S dan strategi promosi.</p>Feby Gusti DendraB. <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p> <p><em>ISO 9001: 2015 is an International Quality Management System Standard which is designed to assist organizations in ensuring that the organization can meet customer needs and achieve quality targets based on the Organization's Vision and Mission that have been set. One approach to ISO 9001:2015 is a process approach with the PDCA Cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Action) consisting of several clauses, namely; organizational context, leadership, planning, support, operations, performance evaluation and continuous improvement. The supporting clause requires training for employees to ensure competency both as auditors and as auditees.
