PT MAM is a company operating in the automotive components and modification industry. Problems related to 5S, such as placing items out of place and not having specific labels, are a concern and must be handled quickly and appropriately so as not to cause losses to the company. To increase awareness and understanding of management and employees at PT MAM, a simple 5S game approach was implemented to provide insight into the importance of implementing a 5S-based work culture in the work environment to create a safe, healthy and secure work environment, and to ensure compliance. against standards, which will encourage quality improvement within the organization. An audit worksheet was also introduced to be used as a reference for assessment in the implementation of 5S at PT MAM
