Abstract

Abstract

ISO 9001: 2015 is an International Quality Management System Standard which is designed to assist organizations in ensuring that the organization can meet customer needs and achieve quality targets based on the Organization's Vision and Mission that have been set. One approach to ISO 9001:2015 is a process approach with the PDCA Cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Action) consisting of several clauses, namely; organizational context, leadership, planning, support, operations, performance evaluation and continuous improvement. The supporting clause requires training for employees to ensure competency both as auditors and as auditees. Therefore, refreshment training guidance is needed for all employees by researchers through community service activities at PT Sinar Rasa Kencana
